Mysore Bonda

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup of maida
  • 1/4 Cup of rice flour
  • 1/2 onion(finally chopped)
  • 2 Green chillies(chopped)
  • 1 cup of butter milk
  • salt
  • oil

 How to make:

  • Take a bowl and mix all the ingredients above.
  • Add butter milk  and make like a thick batter.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Wet your hands and take small balls and drop in hot oil.
  • Cook it in medium flame until it becomes golden color on both sides.
  • Serve with coconut chutney.

Egg Toast

Ingredients:

  • 2 Eggs
  • 3 Slices of bread
  • 2 Green chillies(chopped)
  • 1/2 onion(chopped)
  • Salt
  • Ghee
  • Sugar to garnish


How to toast:

  • Take a bowl, beat the eggs and pour the mixture into the bowl. 
  • Add green chillies,onion and salt.
  • Beat the mixture until foamed.
  • Dip the bread slice into the mixture and coat it evenly on both sides and fry over low flame with ghee.
  • Fry them on both sides.
  • Repeat it for other slices.
  • Serve egg toast hot with ketchup.

Pudina Idly

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup mint leaves/Pudina
  • 2 Green chillies chopped 
  • Idly batter 1 cup
  • Salt 
  • oil  

 

How To Make:  

  • Take the mint leaves and green chillies.
  • Grind them into a fine paste by adding some salt.
  • Pour the paste into the idly batter and mix both of them.
  • Take the idly moulds spread a drop of oil to each mould.
  • Finally pour the mixture into each mould.
  • Cook it for 20 minutes.

Boiled Sweet Corn

Ingedients:
                         
  • 2 Sweet Corn
  • 2 table spoons of salt 


 How To Prepare:
    
  • First remove the husks and silk from the corn. 
  • Divide the nuts from the corn.
  • Take a cooker and add 3 glasses of water.
  • Place the nuts into the water and add salt to it.
  • Boil it until we get 5 whistels.
  • Off the stove and serve them into a bowl.

Ravva Dosa

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of bombay rawa
  • 2 cups of  rice flour
  • 1 cup of maida 
  • 3 Green chillies
  • 2  onions
  • oil  
  • 2 glasses of water
  • salt 1 table spoon
    

How to prepare rawa dosa:

  • Take a bowl , add 2 cups of bombay rawa and  rice flour.
  • Also add 1 cup of maida and salt into it.
  • Cut the green chillies and onions like small pieces and pour into it.
  • Mix gently with water and make like  batter.
  • Leave the batter for 1/2 an hour.
  • Heat the pan for a few minutes and pour the batter on the pan  in circular manner.
  • Grease it with oil.
  • Cook till it gets crisp and golden in color.
  • Remove it from pan and serve it.

Gulab Jamun

Ingredients:   
  • Gulab Jamun Mix :1 Packet
  • Oil
  • Sugar  Syrup


How To Make Gulab Jamun:

  • To one volume of mix,add 1/4 volume of water.
  • Mix gently and make like a paste.
  • Make the paste into equal balls smoothly by applying oil to your palms.
  • Take the pan and pour the oil into it with small blown.
  • Fry the balls in hot oil till they are golden brown.
  • In another pan, add 1 cup of sugar and 1 1/2 cup of water and boil this sugar syrup for 10 mins.
  • Soak the fried jamuns into hot sugar syrup. 
  • Serve the jamuns in a cup.

French Fries Recipe

Ingredients:





  • 4 large potatoes, cut into strips
  • Oil for deep frying
  • Salt


How to make french fries:
  • Peel the potatoes and Cut them into strips of about 1/2-inch thickness and width
  • Soak potatoes in cold water for 10 Minutes and dry the potatoes with towel.
  • Heat oil in a large Pan.
  • Place potato strips in hot oil for about 4 minutes, or until golden brown and tender.
  • Drain the homemade french fries on paper towels then keep warm
  • Sprinkle with salt to serve.
