Ingredients:
How to prepare rawa dosa:
- 2 cups of bombay rawa
- 2 cups of rice flour
- 1 cup of maida
- 3 Green chillies
- 2 onions
- oil
- 2 glasses of water
- salt 1 table spoon
How to prepare rawa dosa:
- Take a bowl , add 2 cups of bombay rawa and rice flour.
- Also add 1 cup of maida and salt into it.
- Cut the green chillies and onions like small pieces and pour into it.
- Mix gently with water and make like batter.
- Leave the batter for 1/2 an hour.
- Heat the pan for a few minutes and pour the batter on the pan in circular manner.
- Grease it with oil.
- Cook till it gets crisp and golden in color.
- Remove it from pan and serve it.
